"We have visited friends in Bonita Springs several times and on one of the last visits my wife decided to look around for a house to buy. I am not exaggerating when I say that she visited at least 50 communities in the area and thought that they were all very similar. Then she drove through the gate at Miromar Lakes and said ‘I'm here!' The minute we see the beach and make the turn towards the Beach Club, we feel like we are at a resort.
We built a two-story home and had a great experience with the builder. We like the quietness of the neighborhood and the amenities. I love the golf course and we both enjoy the three dining locations (Golf Club, Beach Clubhouse and Blue Water Beach Grill). Of course the new Beach Clubhouse is spectacular and my wife frequently uses the Fitness Center. Although we have our own swimming pool, our grandkids love to go to the Beach Club pool to meet other children when they are visiting.

It's easy living at Miromar Lakes. It is like being on vacation. Plus the access to shopping, the airport and other things is so convenient. We are just minutes from the airport in New York, so with a non-stop flight to Fort Myers, it works out great for us. I wouldn't change a thing!"

"Miromar Lakes is the best kept secret in the country! It is the Ritz-Carlton and so much more! You have to physically go to Miromar Lakes and be there to fully appreciate all that it is. States Michael Adler: "When we lived on the east coast of Florida, our homes were always on the water. Then we moved to Naples and bought a home overlooking a golf course and preserve. We would see ads for Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, and my wife shopped at Miromar Outlets often, so one day she stopped by to take a look. She immediately wanted me to see it too. Our Miromar sales associate arranged for us to dine at the Blue Water Beach Grill and as we sat outside, overlooking the water and enjoying a great lunch, we became totally convinced to buy a home at Miromar. It is unusual to have such a beautiful beach and so much water inland.
Originally we planned on buying a second home at Miromar. We did not want to leave Naples, but we thought it would be nice to have a weekend place on the water and close by. However, our sales asscoiate showed us a house that we fell in love with and we decided to put our Naples home on the market and move to Miromar full time. Our dock has just been finished and we take delivery on a new boat next week. The fact that it has its own address is just sensational. Now we tell our friends we are moving from Naples to Miromar Lakes, Florida."

"The minute we saw Miromar Lakes, we were sold," says Jackie McIntyre. We were living in a high rise on the water in Naples at the time and considered buying investment property at Miromar. As my husband sat in one of the models he declared ‘I'll take it.' Since that particular model was already spoken for, we looked at some other available home sites and found paradise. We fell in love with the view and decided to build a home to live in.
Before making our final decision on the lot, we decided to stop at the Beach Club for a glass of wine to talk it over. We spoke to several residents while we there and everyone said the nicest things about Miromar Lakes and there were no ‘buts' like you might expect to hear. It was amazing how open these strangers were with us and how happy they were to be living at Miromar Lakes.
Now it is wonderful to wake up to that view and enjoy how peaceful it is. We are always at the Beach Club even though we have our own pool. I use the Spa services and attend exercise classes. We couldn't find a better place. The friendliness of the staff and everyone here is lovely.
The fact that it has its own postal address gives it a sense of place. It's not just another development. The developer had so much foresight to make that happen and we love all the attention to detail and amazing maintenance of the property. Miromar Lakes has now become our primary home. We used to just visit, but now we say we live at Miromar Lakes, Florida."
