First Two Home Sites Sold and Under Construction in Costa Amalfi at Miromar Lakes

MIROMAR LAKES, FL. - The first two home sites have been sold and home construction has commenced in Costa Amalfi, the newest waterfront neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. Distinctive Communities, Inc. and Michelangelo Homes, two of the builders in Costa Amalfi, will each construct one of the homes.
Mark and Carolyn Ain, who have owned a coach home in Miromar Lakes for three years, felt a larger home was needed to accommodate their six children who frequently visit. Distinctive Communities is building their new Costa Amalfi home. States Mark: "We looked in North Naples and Bonita Springs and decided to stay at Miromar Lakes for a couple of reasons. We travel back and forth from our home in Massachusetts during the winter months and the proximity to the airport here makes it easy. We can be passing through the security checkpoint at Southwest Florida International Airport only fifteen minutes after leaving our garage. And, although Miromar has golf, we are not golfers. We really like the social life that revolves around the Beach Club. Everybody we have met over the years, at Happy Hours and other events, are nice people. We feel at home there.
Despite the opportunities available on new construction and pre-owned homes, we decided to build a new home in order to design it with exactly what we want. The spectacular southwest view across the lake from Costa Amalfi was another reason we purchased there. Perhaps most important to us is that Miromar Lakes is financially sound; we met with the management and we have no concerns about the company's stability."
New Jersey buyers Carol and Len Szkotak say they "fell in love with the private beach and the view at Costa Amalfi." They are having a custom home built by Michelangelo Homes. States Carol: "Miromar Lakes is the most beautiful place in Southwest Florida. It looks so perfect and ‘homey." They also credit Miromar Lakes sales associate, Jeff Garard, with being "just the greatest and most helpful."
Only fourteen home sites remain, featuring frontage along a wide stretch of private white sandy beach.
