Williamson Promoted to Director of Food & Beverage at Miromar Lakes

MIROMAR LAKES, FL - Miromar Development Corporation has promoted Glyn Williamson to Director of Food and Beverage for Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.
Originally from Leicester, England, Williamson studied at the King Edward VII College of England in Leicester and has 22 years of club management experience.
Williamson began his career in 1986 as the manager and joint licensee of the Coombe Barton Inn in Cornwall, England. In 1995, he moved to Southwest Florida to work at the Matzaluna Restaurant on Sanibel Island. Subsequently he was Food and Beverage Manager for Pelican's Nest Golf Club in Bonita Springs and Club Manager at Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, before joining Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club in 2001 where he has held various food and beverage and club management positions. Williamson is responsible for three restaurants and all catering activities for Miromar Lakes, which includes the Beach Clubhouse, Blue Water Beach Grill and the Golf Clubhouse.
