Mirasol's First Building Sold Out at Miromar Lakes; Only Five Residences Remain for Sale in Second

MIROMAR LAKES, FL. - The first Mirasol building has been sold out at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club and only five luxury residences remain available for sale in the second building. A total of 105 residences have been sold in Mirasol, a neighborhood within the private gated Costa del Lago enclave at Miromar Lakes.
A choice of four distinctive floor plans remains in Mirasol II, each with three bedrooms and three or three-and-one-half baths. All of the residences offer private lanais with panoramic beach and lake views. Three of the plans also include a den. Air-conditioned spaces range from 2,037 to 2,429 square feet. Total square footage ranges from 2,735 to 2,876 and includes two covered lanais on three of the plans and one covered lanai on the fourth plan.
