Montebello Phase I Sold Out at Miromar Lakes

MIROMAR LAKES, FL. - Sales of Luxury Coach Homes in Phase I of Montebello at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club have reached 100%, with five buildings and 20 residences completed and closed. Sales in Phase II have begun and at completion there will be a total of 40 coach home residences in Montebello.
Montebello is located in Costa del Lago, between Lake Maggiore and Lake Como and is a short walk to the Tennis Center and Beach Club. Each two-story building overlooks a tree-lined lake and includes four coach homes.
The Arco is a first-floor plan with two bedrooms, three baths and den that offers the option of a third bedroom. The grand room features a 12-foot tray ceiling with built-in cabinets that are ideal for use as an entertainment center. Air-conditioned living space is 2,743 square feet. The entry, covered lanai and garage brings the total to 3,555 square feet.
The Vista del Lago is a second-floor plan with two bedrooms, three baths, a den or optional third bedroom, and a bonus room. More than 500 square feet and two closets are included with the bonus room, making it feasible for a fourth bedroom. One of the bathrooms and a morning bar are located adjacent to the bonus room. Another wet bar separates the living room from the dining room. The air-conditioned living area encompasses 3,634 square feet.
